Joyce Brilinski

Owner of Thunder Bay Accounting since 1989 plus over 30 years in the accounting and income tax preparation field. Holds an associate degree in accounting and a Tax Preparer degree from Michigan State University. Joyce attends tax school each fall to keep up on any new developments or changes. She also attends any seminars that would help the business run better. Joyce is a Registered Representative of Securities America, Inc. member FINRA/SIPC and an Investment Advisor Representative with Securities America, Inc. Joyce is licensed to offer the residents of Michigan, Pennsylvania and Florida an opportunity to build their investment portfolios with mutual funds, variable annuities, and variable insurance products. Joyce is currently a Licensed Insurance Agent covering Health, Life, Disability, and Accident Insurance. In addition to this, she is also licensed with Everbank and can offer bank products such as Money Market Accounts, CDs, and Mortages. Her goal is to work with you to meet your financial needs. Joyce is a member of the service organization, Zonta Club of Alpena, in which she serves as 1st Vice-President and on various committess as well. She also serves as President of The Great Lakes Lighthouse Festival since 2008. Joyce is also a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and sits on the board of Finance.


 

 Kimberly LaBrecque

Employed at Thunder Bay Accounting since 1991 as a Tax and Financial Accountant. Graduate of Alpena Community College with an Associates degree in Accounting - Applied Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting degree from University of Phoenix  in June of 2008. Attends Michigan State University seminars throughout the year regarding new tax laws and updates. Completed certification in QuickBooks and software products; therefore, skilled in training & consulting clients with its features and uses. Specializes in financial accounting, income tax accounting, including individual, small business corporation, partnership, and Quickbooks accounting software. Kimberly also attends seminars throughout the year that would further educate her in her field of study - Accounting. Kim is a member of the service organization, Zonta Club of Alpena, in where she servs on various committes. She also serves as the Treasurer for Immanuel Lutheran Church.
